Tournament Registration Refunds

Cancellation by CS Gaming Hub

If a tournament is canceled by CS Gaming Hub for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Voluntary Withdrawal

If you or your team voluntarily withdraw from a tournament, the following refund policy applies:

  • More than 14 days before the tournament: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 7-14 days before the tournament: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Less than 7 days before the tournament: No refund will be provided.

Tournament Rescheduling

If a tournament is rescheduled by CS Gaming Hub, registered participants have the following options:

  • Participate in the rescheduled tournament at no additional cost.
  • Request a full refund if unable to participate on the new date. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Disqualification

If you or your team are disqualified from a tournament for violating tournament rules, code of conduct, or Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided.

Membership Refunds

Premium Memberships

For monthly premium memberships:

  • You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

For annual premium memberships:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not used any premium benefits.
  • After 14 days or if premium benefits have been used: No refund will be provided.

Automatic Renewals

Premium memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can disable automatic renewal at any time through your account settings. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for assistance.

Merchandise Refunds

Return Eligibility

For physical merchandise purchased through our website:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: Items may be returned for a full refund if they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Digital Product Refunds
